The Roman Baths
Right in the heart of the city centre are Britain’s only hot springs and the greatest religious spa in Northern Europe. Visit the bath and museum, walk where Romans walked on ancient stone pavements around steaming pools. See carvings and inscriptions made by those who came to Bath 2000 years ago. The Jane Austen Centre
Jane Austen is perhaps the best loved of Bath’s many famous residents and visitors. At the centre the visitor can find out more about Bath in Jane Austen’s time and the importance of Bath in her life and work.
The Theatre Royal
The Theatre Royal Bath is one of the oldest working theatres in the country, right in the heart of the Georgian City of Bath. Diverse productions throughout the year – musicals, comedies & Peter Hall productions.
The American Museum of Decorative Arts
The American Museum is a celebration of Americana with the finest collection of American decorative arts outside the United States. A rich, unique resource, the museum has been an inspiration for visitors and designers the world over. The museum is situated in beautiful grounds with fantastic views over the Frome and Avon Valleys.
Number 1, The Royal Crescent
Number 1 was the first house to be built in the Royal Crescent, John Wood the Younger’s fine example of Palladian architecture. The Crescent began in 1767 and was completed by 1774. The Bath Preservation Trust has fully restored the building in the style in which it was built.

Bowood House
The magnificent family home of the Marquis and Marchioness of Lansdowne. The house lies within one of Britain’s most beautiful parks designed by Capability Brown. The gardens include a large lake, Arboretum, Cascade, waterfall and cave.

The Kennet and Avon Canal Narrow Boat Trips
